I’m Helen Rebello and I offer transformative bodywork treatments, which help you to optimise your body’s self-healing power and unlock held stress and tension patterns.My practice and treatments are informed by almost 20 years experience in the healthcare sector, which has given me great insight into many aspects of wellbeing and an innate understanding of the human body and how it works best.
Through the transformative power of touch, realignment, stillness and deep listening; combined with achievable, realistic recommendations and advice, I can help you free up your resources to better fulfil your unique potential.
My treatments are effective for a myriad of conditions and I welcome your queries about any areas of concern. I am a member of BackCare and specialise in postural realignment and work involving the deep core muscles which often eliminates back problems. I also have extensive experience and interest in working with women’s health and reproductive issues.

My interest in fertility work stemmed not only from my years working in Ultrasound clinics and at Guys Fertility Unit in London, but also from experiencing first hand the challenging journey of infertility, miscarriage and IVF.I feel strongly that your best chances of a successful and healthy conception and pregnancy come from thoroughly preparing and optimising the health, strength and fluidity of your whole system, and I am passionate about helping you to achieve this so that you have a more tranquil journey towards your goal.
